Teknik Perhitungan Belt Design Umum

Menghitung Belt Length

When the head and tail pulley are the same size: L=(D+d)/2 x 3.1416+2C
When one pulley is larger than the other pulley: L=(D+d)/2 x 3.1416+2C+(D-d)2/4c

Cara Menghitung Belt Speed

Expressed in feet per minute (FPM)

S=D x RPM x .2618 x 1.021

Cara Mengetahui Belt Load

At one time when the load is known per square foot: P= G1 x C(in feet)x W (in feet)
At one time when load is known by pounds per hour: P=G2/(S x 60) x C(in feet)

Mengukur Kekuatan Horsepower

Effective Tension
Pull needed to move belt and load horizontally: E= F x (P+M)

Tight Side Tension

AB RUBBERFLEX EPDM Rubber Granules menggunakan bahan kimia tidak beracun. Karena material yang kami gunakan dalam memproduksi AB Rubberflex telah memenuhi persyaratan ketat. Kami menggunakan standar DIN EN 71-3 atau standard Keamanan mainan.

Semua produk AB Rubberflex bebas dari logam berat, ftalat (pelunak), senyawa halogen, dan hidrokarbon aromatik polisiklik (PAH).

Semakin banyak debu yang terkandung dalam butiran EPDM, maka akan semakin banyak bahan kebutuhan pengikat yang selama pemasangan untuk mencapai kepadatan dan stabilitas yang anda perlukan. Jika penutup anda pasang dengan warna berbeda sisi pada samping satu sama lain, maka butiran yang mengandung debu dapat menyebabkan persilangan warna. Karena bebas debu, hal ini tidak dapat terjadi dengan AB Rubberflex.

STANDARD CONVEYOR BELT SYSTEM : USA

There are no standards for heavy-duty conveyor belts in the US.

Only a few cover grades are determined by the US Rubber Manufacturer’s Association (RMA), which are widely being used.

Officially, the RMA recommendations were replaced by ARPM (Association for Rubber Product Manufacturers) specifications in 2011.

Bagaimana memilih conveyor

Sebelum anda memutuskan membeli conveyor belt, tentukan dahulu lokasi pemasangan conveyor belt, Jarak angkut, kondisi sekitar conveyor akan dipasang, kapasitas produksi serta jumlah load angkut. Oleh karena itu berikut ini tips dalam memilih conveyor belt

Conveyor Murah Jakarta

Ada beberapa tips dalam memilih conveyor belt berdasarkan cover grade rubber:

  1. Fire Resistant (FR/DIN K/ JIS K) Biasanya belt type ini digunakan untuk membawa material batubara atau bahan yang rawan terbakar. Belt ini paling sering digunakan di PLTU diseluruh Indonesia. Standard minimum flame test untuk belt fire resistant adalah 15detik akan tetapi sejumlah manufaktur mengembangkan teknologi mereka kurang dari 1 detik.
  2. Oil Resistant (OR) atau tahan minyak. Aplikasi belt ini banyak di gunakan dipabrik makanan ternak atau hasil pertanian, pabrik pupuk, refinery minyak bumi.
  3. Cold Resistant Belt. Tahan Dingin. Belt type ini tidak lazim digunakan di Indonesia karena iklim di Indonesia tidak ada yang extreem dibawah 0 derajat celcius.
  4. Heat Resistant (HR) Belt ini banyak ditermukan pada aplikasi Clinker Semen, Finish Mills, Asphal Mixing Plant (AMP), pengolahan refinery minyak bumi petroleum coke, pabrik pupuk, pengolahan hasil pertanian.
  5. Chemical Resistant. Belt ini sesungguhnya banyak dibutuhkan di Indonesia, namun karna salah pemahaman dari agent / manufaktur dari merekomendasikan produk yg sesuai dengan aplikasi. Chemical Resistant yang berarti tahan terhadap bahan kimia. ada berbagai macam jenis kimia dan perlakuan terhadap masing-masing material tentunya berbeda.
  6. General Purpose. ada beberapa macam type belt general purpose seperti : DIN X atau Grade M, DIN Y, DIN W, Grade N. General Purpose belt lebih mengandalkan kekuatas gesek atau abrasive resistant.

Selain type belt diatas juga ada belt dengan mix dari sejumlah type belt diatas. Seperti Dunlop Superfort BVK dan BVAK dimana dunlop mengembangkan type flame resistant dengan abrassion resistant.

“Hal yang paling utama dari tips memilih conveyor belt adalah lifetime belt serta kemampuan / kehandalan belt dalam beroperasi. Metode penghitungannya adalah Kapasitas produksi yang dihasilkan dibagi umur ditambah biaya perawatan, biaya Installasi, perbarikan cost, downtime loss”

Ada beberapa komponen penting dalam memilih conveyor belt:

  1. Tensile Strength Carcass atau kekuatan tarik carcass fabric atau cord. tensile strength harus disesuaikan dengan design conveyor. terlalu besar atau terlalu kecil daya tarik carcas sangat mempengaruhi kinerja conveyor.
  2. Elongation Carcass Fabric sebaiknya kurang dari 2%. Untuk Steel cord belt 0%.
  3. Abrassion Loss semakin kecil semakin baik. Abrassion loss sangat penting karna potensi terkikisnya belt membuat belt cepat habis.
  4. Ozone resistant. ini sangat penting untuk menghambat proses penuaan belt. Terkadang di Indonesia komponen ini selalu dikesampingkan. Belt tanpa ozone resistant mudah getas atau tampak pecah / retak. 
  5. Elongation at break Karet untuk menguji sifat utama karet yang bisa molor. semakin besar tingkat kemuluran karet akan menjadi sangat baik.
  6. Tensile Strength rubber yang besar, adapun nilai maximum tensile strength rubber adalah 25Mpa.
  7. Harga Belt Conveyor Murah. Ini merupakan standard behaviour di Indonesia. Harga Murah tapi barang bagus. Ini mungkin baik tapi hukum yang berlaku adalah ada rupa ada harga. Anda dapat merujuk Daftar harga Belt Glodok sebagai Refferensi

Splicing Conveyor Belt Fabric

Cara Hot Splicing Conveyor Belt:
1. Kupas Top dan bottom Belt Conveyor
2. Buat Step Sambungan sesuai Step Table Tensile Strength
3. Kuaskan Solution pada carcass.
4. Pasangkan tie gum lalu kuaskan solution pada tie gum
5. pasangkan top cover pada cover belt yg telah dikupas
6. pasangkan mesin pada area hot splicing
7. lakukan cooking dengan mesin press.
8. Setelah selesai proses curing time mesin dapat dibongkar dan selesai.
